Terms of Use
These terms will define what Barak Kavach promises, what it explicitly does not promise, and what is expected of everyone who uses it. They are being drafted with legal review.
What this document will cover
- 01A plain statement that Barak Kavach is a coordination platform and not an emergency service.
- 02No guarantee of response time, availability, or that any volunteer will reach anyone.
- 03The obligation to call 112, 108, 181, or 1098 first in immediate danger.
- 04Rules against false reports, misuse of the SOS function, and harassment through the platform.
- 05What happens when someone misuses the network, including removal.
- 06Limits of liability, and the separate agreement volunteers sign.
- 07How donations are treated, and the refund position.
- 08Governing law and the grievance process for disputes.
We would rather show an empty page than publish a policy we have not actually written and cannot yet honour. This page will be replaced with the real document before the pilot accepts its first report.
Important: Barak Kavach is a communication and coordination platform. It does not replace police, ambulance, fire, hospital, or official emergency services.
