নায়ক হতে হবে না। প্রস্তুত থাকলেই হবে।You do not need to be a hero. You need to be ready to help responsibly.
Most emergencies are not solved by one dramatic act. They are solved by someone nearby who stayed calm, knew who to call, and did the small correct thing quickly.

কোনও বেতন নেই।
There is no salary. Not for anyone.
Barak Kavach is unpaid work, from the founders down. Nobody draws a wage from donations — every rupee goes into running the platform, verifying volunteers, and training them. If you join, you are joining a society effort, not a job.
